Sackets Harbor Ball Room LLC, doing business as Sackets Harbor Ballroom ("Sackets Harbor Ballroom," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website sacketsharborballroom.com (the "Site") and the event venue located at 103 W Main St, Sackets Harbor, NY 13685. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit an event inquiry, proposal request, elopement request, or party request through the Site, or contact us by phone, email, or in person, we may collect:

  • Your first and last name
  • Email address
  • Mobile or other telephone number
  • Organization name (if applicable)
  • Mailing address, city, and state
  • Event details such as the event name, date, start time, guest count, and description
  • Any other information you choose to include in your message

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies (including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) to collect information about how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This information does not identify you by name.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and prepare event proposals and quotes
  • Schedule and confirm venue tours and consultations
  • Confirm bookings, deposits, payments, and event-day logistics

3. Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Information

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, Sackets Harbor Ballroom may send you text messages about your event inquiry and booking, including replies to your questions, proposal and quote follow-ups, tour and consultation confirmations, booking and deposit confirmations, event-day reminders, and occasional announcements about public events at the Ballroom.

Message frequency varies; up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help, or call us at 315-646-7145. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or booking.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and to operate our services. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for service providers who help us send the messages you asked for and who are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us.
